Scanbad´s "Code of Conduct" is a set of rules for the cooperation between Dansani and our suppliers. The requirements of our "Code of Conduct" are based on core conventions in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and we expect our suppliers to live up to them.

While maintaining our more than 30-year-old tradition of quality and good craftsmanship, we will continually consider healthy business sense and strengthen our environmental and climate efforts. We take responsibility for the environment and are aware of how we can reduce the environmental impact. In addition, we are continuously working on expanding and improving our areas of action further within the environment and climate.

Scanbad wants to create the framework for a high level of work satisfaction and we have a high focus on the employee's health and well-being. This happens by maintaining high safety standards in the occupational health and safety environment, caring for the individual and making special efforts to increase health and safety at the company by, among other things, provide health insurance to all employees, work to reduce the number of occupational accidents,  limit the use of chemicals and  prevent physical and mental disabilities due to repeated movements.
